Your organisation already has an account

For security, we don't create a second account

We'll email your organisation's administrator and ask them to approve your access — once they approve, you'll be able to sign in straight away with the password you choose below. Fill in your details and we'll send your request.

Your organisation's admin gets an email with approve/decline links (valid 7 days). Nothing is visible until they approve.

Confirm your organisation

You'll be the first person from your organisation on the portal — your account becomes its administrator.

We'll email you a link to choose your password — that verifies your email address. Your organisation is linked when the account is created, never after.

Check your inbox

We've created your account for and emailed you a link to choose your password. It's valid for 7 days.

Once your password is set you'll go straight to your dashboard.

Your request to join has been sent to its administrators to approve. Once they approve it, you'll be able to sign in straight away — we'll email you the moment that happens.

In the meantime, if you believe your organisation already has an account you could ask them directly who the administrator is.
